Shipping Information
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, that may cause delays. All parcels will be sent from our warehouse in Beijing or HongKong.

Please allow up to 3 business days for order to be processed and dispatched.

*Pre-orders

A pre-ordered item is shipped to you as soon as we receive and finalise stock. This usually takes 2-3 weeks from the pre-order launch date.

Shipping options:

• EMS AIR Express (5-10 business days) Parcels will be transferred to your local post office (USPS, Parcelforce, Japanpost etc.) depends on your location.

• DHL International Express (2-5 business days)

• TNT International priority (2-5 business days)

• FedEX International Priority (2-5 business days)

Shipping on orders over the basket value of $300.00 are free of charge.

Tracking information will be provided on all orders. You can find this information in your confirmation emails or your DPG account orders section after the order has been sent.
